Billing related data
Mometic does not store any billing related information.
All MOMOweb billing data is managed by our payment processing partner, stripe.com. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
All MOMO for iOS related billing details are handled by the Apple App Store and Mometic has no visibility into any payment data.
All MOMO for Android related billing details are handled by the Google Play Store and Mometic has no visibility into any payment data.
TERMS OF USE
Your continued use of MOMO following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes and you are responsible for reviewing those terms. Some products or services that become available on the Service may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions, and if those additional terms and conditions conflict with these Terms, those additional terms and conditions will control.
Mometic LLC grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access and use MOMO and the content for your own personal use. This license does not include any collection, aggregation, copying, duplication, display or derivative use of the Service nor any use of data mining, robots, spiders, or similar data gathering and extraction tools for any purpose unless expressly permitted by Mometic LLC in writing.

The Service is protected to the maximum extent permitted by copyright laws and international treaties. Content displayed on or through the Service is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws, and international conventions. Any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works from or redistribution of MOMO or the collective work, and/or copying or reproducing the content or any portion thereof to any other server or location for non-personal use, is prohibited without the express written consent of Mometic LLC.

Mometic, MOMO Stock Discovery and other Company graphics, logos, designs, button icons, scripts and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of the Mometic LLC in the U.S. and/or other countries. Mometic LLC's trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Mometic LLC.

GOVERNING LAW
